Our second project in Studley Park, Fernhurst is brought to you by the same team behind Fenwick, our good friends at Edition Office and Eckersley Garden Architecture. Due to zoning and heritage restrictions, this is one of the last remaining apartment development sites located in a Studley Park side street, yet offers the rare advantage of being just 300 metres to Kew Junction in a highly walkable locale.
Comprising just seventeen apartments and three homes on a one acre site, this is a low-density proposal characterised by generous setbacks and oversized gardens. The City of Boroondara granted us a planning permit in Q4 2023 and we are now taking registrations of interest in anticipation of a public launch on 7th September 2024.
